Welcome to my first love - The walk with Women & Children Foundation where I am committed to ensuring that young African girls and women are able to access equal opportunities in societies that hinder, limit and deter them from doing so.
A few years ago, my mentor who also works in the same space said that she had since evolved from having passion fuel her work - as the flames can sometimes burn out - to a place where she was driven by purpose only.
At the time, I didn't really understand the difference - however, as I have continued on 'the walk' , the difference couldn't be more clear. Thus, although the walk has not been the easiest, I pledge to be driven by a sense of purpose and to remain committed to staying the course.

About Us
Founded and registered in 2019, The Walk with Women & Children strives to build a sisterhood movement among women and girls by leveraging the ‘power of the collective’ to advance their personal, social, health, education and economic rights. The fundamental basis of our operations is unity, partnership and collaboration in our ‘walk as women & for our children,’ and so we work with visionary community- embedded organisations that empower women and girls to achieve their full potential through the freedom, ownership and will of ‘choice.’
We encourage philanthropy to support women and girls by raising awareness of the needs, aspirations and accomplishments of outstanding women-led organisations.
